Raymond joined Matisse Capital in 2024 as a Retirement Plan Specialist, supporting our firm’s efforts to develop and maintain strong client relationships. His primary focus is supporting the needs of our corporate retirement plan clients and their participants, as well as working with individuals to help them navigate their investment and retirement goals. Raymond partners closely with our team of advisors to identify new opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that align with each client’s objectives.
Prior to joining Matisse, Raymond worked in the Fortune 500 space as a technology solutions consultant, serving a diverse range of clients—from individual homeowners to global enterprises.
Raymond earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Lewis & Clark College, with a minor in Chinese. His language studies included time abroad at Capital Normal University in Beijing. He was the first recipient of Lewis & Clark’s Shanghai Internship Award, serving as an associate at Ample Harvest Finance in Lujiazui, China’s financial hub. He has also served as the business chair of the Northwest China Council and as an international delegate for the Portland-Suzhou Sister City Association.
Raymond holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®) designation, holds a Series 65 license, and is registered as an Investment Advisor Representative in the State of Oregon.
